For calendar year 2008, all Lake Winona Reservation Property owners are assessed the Lake Winona Lake Rights Fee of $165.00.  The Lake Rights Fee provides for the costs of owning and maintaining Lake Winona in a safe, lawful and healthful condition.

Please understand that this fee is the minimum that we can collect to continue to pay our expenses. The fee assessment is based on 100% participation (payment).  This means we need to collect this fee from 100% of the properties in the reservation.  If you do not pay your fee, you are putting a strain on the rest of the community.  We are excited to have the opportunity to return the lake to its once pristine condition thereby increasing the value of all of our homes.

In accordance with the provisions of the original contract of sale referred to as "The Master Deed" and the covenants and restrictions contained therein, each property owner within the geographical boundaries of the Lake Winona Reservation are required to pay an annual fee to the Lake Winona Civic Association, the owner of Lake Winona, for the right to use the waters of Lake Winona for boating, bathing and fishing, subject to the Rules and Regulations of the LWCA.

Please remit your payment upon receipt of this invoice.  Delinquent payments bear interest of 1.5% per month.  Delinquent accounts are considered a lien on your property.  Thank you in advance for your prompt payment!
