Membership dues partially pay for the Lake Winona Civic Association's expenses such as taxes, insurance, and building and grounds maintenance.  Volunteer assistance from its Members help to keep our dues affordable. 

LWCA Members have the exclusive right to use and enjoy the LWCA facilities in accordance with its rules and regulations.

Membership Dues must be paid in full prior to enjoying Membership privileges and receiving badges.

For all Lake Winona Reservation property owners, current and past Lake Winona Lake Maintenance Fees must also be paid in full prior to enjoying Membership privileges and receiving badges.

Senior Memberships receive up to 2 beach badges.

Copies of the LWCA By-Laws, the 2008 Beach Regulations, and financial statements are all available upon request.
