RENTALS

The Civic Center and Grounds of the Lake Winona Civic Association are available for use by both members and non-members in daily and hourly rates. For $60, a member can have exclusive use of the Civic Center building for a full day, or just $20 per hour (their membership already entitles them to use of the grounds). Non-members pay $100 for exclusive use of the building and shared use of the grounds. In addition to the usage fee, a $150 deposit is required, which will be returned once the facilities have been certified to be in acceptable condition after the rental.
